Weekend Registered Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Commonwealth Home Health. As a Weekend Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working a flexible schedule from Friday to Monday, 7am to 6pm.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and build meaningful relationships with our patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and update care plans, and provide education to patients and caregivers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
