KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS
  • Facilitate construction operations by planning, organizing, and executing project engineering and control tasks essential for successful project delivery. This encompasses: Safe work planning and execution, Quality assurance, Quantity tracking, Budget oversight, Financial reporting and forecasting, Cash flow management, Scheduling, Operations planning, Contract and subcontract administration, Change management, Document management, Project closeout.
  • Provide guidance and on-the-job training for junior engineers.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of contract plans and specifications.
  • Assist the project team in implementing a holistic Quality Management system.
  • Evaluate field conditions and identify issues, inaccuracies, and cost-saving opportunities that may arise. Implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Review subordinates' work for adherence to contract plans and specifications, address deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards for project execution.
  • Monitor material costs and quantities entering project sites.
  • Generate reports based on monthly material expenses and inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
