- Streamline Sales Process: Streamline and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Select and Implement Sales Automation Tools: Select, implement, and manage sales automation tools, including a CRM.
- Establish Data Analysis: Establish data analysis to support marketing & prospecting, sales planning & forecasting, and customer quarterly business reviews.
- Develop and Maintain Sales Playbooks: Develop and maintain sales playbooks as needed, including performing sales training as needed.
- Education: 4-year bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in sales operations & analytics, with 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or pharmaceutical services industry, and at least 1 year of experience in cell & gene therapies.
- Critical Skills: Experience in supporting a sales team with unique sales solutions, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in advanced Excel techniques, experience with CRM tools, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Additional Skills: Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence others, ability to work in a highly matrixed environment and build credible relationships across multi-business units, management teams, and business partners, experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and strong prioritization, time management, and project management skills.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $94,800 - $158,000, as part of our Total Rewards. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience, and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, may be offered.
