Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage engineering projects, applying in-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and cost estimates, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and guide team members, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish and maintain primary contact with clients, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
  • Plan, develop, and coordinate project activities, ensuring quality and accuracy standards are met.
  • Take an active role in new business development, identifying opportunities and contributing to proposal preparation.
  • Oversee invoicing and collection of payments from clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.
  • Supervise Engineers and Technicians as required, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Kentucky.
  • At least 15 years of related experience in transportation engineering.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment, with occasional fieldwork requiring physical stamina and adaptability to various weather conditions.
