Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Recruit, train, and retain a skilled team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with medical directors and department heads to ensure seamless clinical operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.
  • Manage grievances and concerns from residents, patients, and employees, upholding the highest standards of customer service and respect.

Requirements
  • Valid Administrator's license issued by the State Governing Board.
  • Minimum education requirements as set by the State.
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare facility administration, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in personal computer applications and software.
