Lead Quality Improvement Project Manager

Join Washington Township Medical Foundation as a Lead Quality Improvement Project Manager to play a vital role in driving quality and patient safety initiatives across our organization. As a key member of the Quality Department, you will facilitate the planning, development, implementation, and assessment of clinical quality assurance and quality improvement projects.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, quality improvement, and healthcare administration. Your expertise in leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and analyzing data to inform improvement initiatives will be invaluable in this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a BS or BA degree in a related field, preferably with a Master's degree in health services. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience or healthcare administration is required, with a strong understanding of quality improvement principles and practices. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of current public reporting requirements, and indicators, and metrics are highly desirable.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $110,000-$140,000 per annum, along with an attractive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, employee assistance program, life insurance, and paid time off. - Responsibilities
As a Lead Quality Improvement Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to plan, develop, implement, and assess clinical quality assurance and quality improvement projects
- Facilitating effective communication between stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Coordinating with subject matter experts to identify areas for improvement and develop evidence-based solutions
- Analyzing data to inform improvement initiatives and track progress against established goals
- Developing and maintaining educational materials to support staff participation in quality improvement activities
- Maintaining current knowledge of organizational goals, objectives, and regulatory requirements
- Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A BS or BA degree in a related field, preferably with a Master's degree in health services
