Job Title: Control Engineer

HSAGP Energy is seeking a highly skilled Control Engineer to join our team in Bartow County, Georgia. As a Control Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our battery manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement control systems for battery manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for control systems
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve process efficiency
  • Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in control systems engineering, preferably in battery manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and control networks
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with battery maintenance and production processes
  • Knowledge of safety PLCs and servo control systems
  • Experience with factory automation systems and vision inspection equipment
