Position Summary

Role Summary: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in kitchen work areas and ensuring that equipment and utensils are organized and sanitized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine cleaning of floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
  • Sanitize work surfaces, including tables, walls, refrigerators, and food preparation areas.
  • Manage waste disposal by removing trash and cleaning garbage containers.
  • Assist in transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Support banquet setup and front-of-house arrangements.
  • Help with the loading, unloading, and delivery of supplies and products.
  • Distribute necessary supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as required.
  • Adhere to established sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
