Role Summary: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in kitchen work areas and ensuring that equipment and utensils are organized and sanitized.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine cleaning of floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
- Sanitize work surfaces, including tables, walls, refrigerators, and food preparation areas.
- Manage waste disposal by removing trash and cleaning garbage containers.
- Assist in transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Support banquet setup and front-of-house arrangements.
- Help with the loading, unloading, and delivery of supplies and products.
- Distribute necessary supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as required.
- Adhere to established sanitation and safety protocols.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
