Universal Banker Bilingual Specialist

Bilingual Universal Bankers play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our Hispanic community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions, completing customer-initiated account maintenance, and providing timely and accurate service in accordance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Originate new deposit accounts and consumer loans
• Develop and enhance customer relationships to identify cross-selling and referral opportunities
• Provide timely, efficient, and accurate service in processing transactions
• Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of bank products and services, including banking regulations
• Represent the Bank to the customer in a courteous, professional manner in face-to-face and telephone communications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass bilingual (Spanish) competency examination
• 1+ years of experience as a Bank Teller or equivalent combination of banking, payment processing, and professional sales experience in a service-oriented environment
• Strong sales initiative and ability to develop ongoing customer relationships
• Ability to read, process, understand, and apply written training material content to daily activity
