Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Subject Matter Expert to join our team as part of Project Quantum, our largest digital transformation initiative. This role will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and long-term maintenance of our ERP system.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and direction for the Oracle CPQ implementation.
  • Fact-check the work of a third-party implementation team and communicate their progress and decisions to the client.
  • Perform configuration tasks and some development work.
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of the project's progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle CPQ with other modules such as Field Service, CDM, OIC, and Salesforce.
  • Configure and manage UI components, SLS templates/documents, and configurations.
  • Participate in agile project management and sprints.
  • Maintain, enhance, and manage the Oracle CPQ system after the third-party implementation team departs.
Requirements:
  • Certification as an Oracle CPQ Administrator or Developer.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle CPQ and Oracle Fusion.
  • Knowledge of additional modules such as Field Service, CDM, and OIC.
  • Proficiency in configuring UI components and managing SLS templates/documents.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with agile project management and sprints.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce integration.
