This will be a remote, hybrid, or in-office role depending on the Task Order assigned.

As the Subject Matter Expert, you will provide guidance and direction for specific tasks of a project. Specific expertise in one or more key areas: Ability to develop agendas, capture, organize, analyze, synthesize, design, format, write, edit, proofread, gather, and respond to comments, prepare reports on event results enabling effective decision-making, facilitate discussions, manage meeting logistics, guide participants through structured processes, and ensure productive outcomes fostering continuous improvement within the organization.
These functions include.
  • Leading the strategic development and implementation of solutions to agency challenge, analyzing all phases of projects from inception to closeout.
  • Developing strategic solutions for agency requirements; and coordinating project resolution.
  • Overseeing executive level group briefings, discussions, and workshops enabling focused decision-making.
  • Analyzing industry trends, best practices, recording discussion content and related support services.
  • Debriefing stakeholders; preparing and providing draft and final reports relating to service issues.
  • Defining, refining, and resolving disputes, disagreements, and divergent views.
  • Performing various contract responsibilities in a full range of planning and administering the most complex and major acquisitions for the client which include all functions from cradle to grave.
What we are looking for.
  • Master’s Degree and6+ years of proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • In-depth knowledge of specific areas of expertise.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • U.S. Citizen or Foreign National with a work permit and residing in the U.S. for three or more years.
Base compensation range and benefits.
  • $75,000 to $95,000 - Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.
