Our beautiful clubhouse boasts multiple event spaces to accommodate a variety of gatherings, from small intimate affairs to large celebrations. Whether it's a wedding, corporate event, or special occasion, we strive to create unforgettable experiences for our clients and their guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events hosted at The Clubhouse at Baywood, including weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and expectations for their event, and provide creative ideas and solutions to bring their vision to life.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and oversee contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with various departments, including catering, sales, and operations, to ensure a seamless and successful event.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients throughout the planning process and on the day of the event to ensure all their needs are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during an event.
- Conduct site visits and tours with potential clients, showcasing the venue and services offered at The Clubhouse at Baywood.
- Keep up-to-date with event industry trends and continuously look for ways to improve and enhance our services.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to increase event bookings and drive revenue for the venue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in event planning, preferably in a high-end venue setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing events of varying sizes and complexities.
- Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and provide solutions to challenges that may arise during events.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software.
- Knowledge of food and beverage, audio/visual, and event production preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
