Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Mountaire Farms. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of sourcing, recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Salaried and Hourly Professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and ensure EEO compliance
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and targeted recruiting to source top talent
- Create and define requisitions for Hourly Professional and Salary-Exempt open positions
- Guide and direct management of Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Ensure a seamless candidate onboarding experience
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in recruitment. A Recruiter Certification or SHRM Certification is a plus.
