  • Perform thorough financial evaluations of custodial accounts within livestock markets to ensure operational liquidity and timely payments from authorized buyers.
  • Oversee inspections of state-licensed Cotton Warehouses to protect the integrity of cotton transactions for producers and merchants.
Job Summary:
  • Under supervision, execute audits and analyses of corporate operations related to Warehouse and Bonding, identifying and addressing any instances of fraud or compliance issues.
  • Review and analyze insurance documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and underwriting standards.
  • Investigate grievances against businesses and agents, as well as consumer reports of fraudulent activities.
  • Research state laws, federal regulations, and industry guidelines relevant to operational practices.
  • Evaluate applications, pricing structures, and transactions for accuracy and fairness.
Required Knowledge and Skills:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, particularly Excel, is essential. Basic computer literacy is required.

· Fundamental mathematical skills are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the grain or cotton sectors is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

Job entails intermittent walking, squatting, kneeling, or driving, with potential exposure to outdoor conditions for extended durations.
