Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and strategic Financial Analyst to join our Commercial FP&A organization. As a key member of our global FP&A team, you will partner closely with our Executive team and Commercial leaders to drive robust financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality financial forecasts, annual plans, and operational analyses for the Commercial team.
- Work directly with the Commercial Leadership Team to educate and support them in completing their strategic plans and budgets, driving real-time analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Actively participate in annual and monthly financial planning processes, ensuring planning aligns with overall company goals.
- Drive strategic analysis in areas such as assessing GTM strategies, sales capacity modeling, commercial efficiency, and cost structure optimization/benchmarking.
- Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools, dashboards, processes, and methodologies.
- Deliver timely and accurate executive-level reporting and insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including Diligent Executives, FP&A, Accounting, Sales Ops, HR, and Legal.
- 4+ years of experience working in a senior financial and operations role in a complex organization.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling/MS Excel, and communication skills; in-depth experience with financial analysis and a strong understanding of GTM metrics.
- Strong financial modeling experience and a willingness to dig into the details.
- Advanced skill level in ERP financial systems.
- Experience creating annual plans for a GTM organization from the ground up.
- Proven ability to establish strategic, high-impact initiatives, defining performance indicators and operational focus.
- A high degree of intelligence, natural curiosity, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills and build collaborative relationships and consensus among multiple stakeholders with varying points of view.
