About the Role
We are looking for an Orthopaedic Surgeon to perform total joint replacements, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have excellent surgical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package includes a salary guarantee for the first two years, with productivity bonuses available after that. Additionally, we offer a 2-year partnership track, opportunities to buy into our surgery center and real estate upon partnership, physical therapy services for further ancillary income, health vision, and dental coverage, flexible vacation time, CME time with stipend, retirement plan, profit-sharing plan, and a relocation package.
