The Role

We're looking for a Seasonal Stylist to join our team for a three-month period, starting October 15th, 2024. As a Stylist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a warm and inviting experience that feels like shopping with a friend. You'll be up-to-date on current fashion trends, able to educate customers on our products, and inspire them to try new things.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling experiences and thorough product knowledge
  • Drive sales and meet performance metrics, including sales per hour, conversion percentage, and revenue to target
  • Educate customers on Mejuri's brand story and stay informed on all our products, latest launches, and specialized services
  • Work collaboratively with a team of motivated and driven individuals who share our corporate mission
  • Champion Mejuri's core values, including Find a Way, Raise the Bar, Customer Obsessed, Empowered Owners, Just Do It, Humility, Curiosity, and Drive Results

  • An ability to connect with customers in a genuine and warm way, making them feel comfortable and valued
  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening to effectively deliver on customer needs and work as a team
  • An ability to learn and retain relevant product knowledge to suggest and style for customers
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems in the moment to deliver on customer and business needs effectively
  • Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators, including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, and UPT
