Key Responsibilities:

Model Casting and Selection:

  • Lead the casting process, end to end; model scouting, bulk castings, fittings, selections, booking, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director, CSM, and Stylist to ensure models align with the client's aesthetic and target audience.

Art Coordination:

  • Select and curate content from past seasons, and play as a key contributor to the creation of the creative kit unique to each production.
  • Quality Control & Final Selection:
  • Review and approve in-the-moment content capture to ensure they meet standards. You will be accountable for flagging issues and managing reshoot needs.
  • Provide live feedback to the onset studio team to ensure client success.

Trend Research:

  • Stay updated with ecommerce industry trends and emerging models to keep our content fresh and engaging.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage casting budgets efficiently while optimizing resources. You will cross-collaborate with our producer for booking and scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in a related field.
  • Proven in model casting, photography, or relevant ecommerce experience.
  • Proficiency in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and the Gsuite.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude who can work independently, yet collaborate and take feedback from other team members.
  • Eagerness to learn and thrive in a startup environment.
