Responsibilities- Provide clinical nutrition expertise through nutritional assessments and documentation, ensuring efficient and effective care.
- Assess potential nutritional risks and implement appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and families within care communities, promoting healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with the dining department to ensure nutrition plans are executed effectively, meeting the dietary needs of patients and residents.
