Key Responsibilities
- Enter data into our electronic database with precision and speed, utilizing standard keyboards and adhering to established protocols.
- Review source documents for errors and inconsistencies, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify data entries meet all standards and deadlines, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Provide mailing and filing support, as well as coverage for other staff members as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and distributing mail to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in office administration and data entry.
- Ability to provide efficient and effective data entry operations, ensuring seamless workflow and minimal errors.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Strong communication and telephone skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, customers, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Knowledge of mail and filing operations, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
