Position Overview:
As a Senior Service Coordinator, you will embody the Fitness 19 brand. Your enthusiasm for health and fitness will inspire others, and you will celebrate their achievements. Working closely with the Club Manager, Fitness Manager, and Second in Command, you will strive to meet sales targets for both yourself and your team. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of the club, ensuring it stands out as the cleanest in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a representative of the Fitness 19 brand by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Promote and sell club memberships both within and outside the facility.
  • Engage in prospecting for new members.
  • Meet or surpass individual and team sales objectives.
  • Foster rapport and enduring relationships with both prospective and existing members.
  • Under the guidance of the Club Manager and with support from the District Manager, possess knowledge of and engage in all club services, programs, and products.
  • Participate in team cleaning efforts to maintain a pristine facility.

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Aspirations of an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and approachable demeanor.
  • A genuine passion for health and fitness.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong time management skills and practices.
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills in person and over the phone.
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of employment).
  • Capability to perform light lifting of weights and equipment.
