Position Overview

The Lead IT Audit Specialist will play a crucial role within the IT Internal Audit team, engaging in the execution of comprehensive internal audits. This position entails fundamental auditing responsibilities, including:

  • Establishing audit objectives and documenting critical controls.
  • Implementing audit tests and communicating findings to management.
  • Collaborating with experienced auditors to enhance audit processes.

Work Environment

This role operates under a hybrid model, allowing flexibility between office and remote work. The typical schedule includes three days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Execution:

  • Conduct and document IT and Digital audit activities in line with professional standards.
  • Perform detailed testing and create comprehensive work paper documentation.
  • Analyze procedures and results, articulating findings clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Lead specific project components and oversee junior auditors and interns.

Audit Reporting:

  • Engage with various levels of management to address issues promptly.
  • Report audit findings to relevant stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:

  • Support administrative reporting and departmental initiatives.
  • Uphold integrity and respect for diversity and inclusion.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and enhance overall effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional audit experience.
  • CISA Professional Designation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Preferred:

  • Experience in IT Audit, Risk Assessment, or as a Risk Consultant.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with IT processes, risks, and internal controls.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The typical pay range for this role is between $43,000 and $107,200 annually. This range reflects the base salary for all positions within this job grade. Additional benefits include a comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plan, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and various well-being programs.
