Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Adaptive Planning Functional Consultant to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 3+ years of functional experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and a minimum of 8 years of total work experience.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of planning solutions.
  • Thorough knowledge of all Adaptive components, such as Modeling, Integrations, Access Rules, and Reporting.
  • Ability to implement integrated Workforce Planning solutions with Workday HCM.
  • Responsible for creating and updating technical documentation.
  • Analyze, test, and communicate the impact of product feature releases.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve issues, acting as a liaison between users and Workday support.
  • Preferred experience in scripting Custom Cloud Data Sources (CCDS) and Custom Cloud Loaders (CCL).
  • Bonus points for experience with Tableau, Multi-Instance structures, Adaptive APIs.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Workday Adaptive Planning and its components.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
