We're seeking a Senior Finance Planning Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. This critical role involves managing weekly financial forecast reviews, developing monthly bookings, revenue, operating income, and cash projections for executive leadership presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis activities for the CSI business unit.
  • Develop and manage detailed financial models and forecasts.
  • Prepare and present weekly financial forecast reviews to senior leadership.
  • Develop monthly bookings, revenue, operating income, and cash projections.
  • Reporting & Presentations:
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership.
  • Present financial performance insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with program management, supply chain, and accounting teams to gather necessary financial data.
  • Ensure all financial inputs are accurately received and tracked.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial planning tools and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across various functions and levels within an organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
