Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will assist individuals with their personal hygiene, support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs, and help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
  • Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
  • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
  • Vehicle: Valid Driver's license, clean driving record
