KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Community Engagement Coordinator actively identifies opportunities to connect with potential clients and cultivate positive community relationships to generate referrals.
  • Provide education and guidance to seniors and their families about the services offered by InHealth MD Alliance LLC and assist them in navigating the home care process.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for your assigned area, in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director, to meet individual and organizational growth objectives.
  • Work autonomously and manage your time effectively without direct supervision.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with community representatives, consumers, and team members.
  • Complete enrollment documentation with participants and facilitate site tours.
  • Accurately and promptly input sales data into the CRM system.
  • Conduct presentations at retail locations, senior centers, and other community venues to promote our medical services.
  • Engage in public speaking to both small and large groups.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, particularly in diverse community settings.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent reading and writing abilities.
  • A valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
