Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to support our base operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with experience in creating detailed designs and plans for various structures, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, and compliant with regulations and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop structural systems for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct site assessments and inspections to gather data for the design process and ensure that proposed structures meet specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, construction teams, and other professionals to ensure that structural designs align with overall project goals.
  • Develop and implement structural analysis and design software to optimize building performance and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates on project progress, and ensure that needs and expectations are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado.
  • Four years of experience in civil or structural engineering design, cost estimating, project management, and facilities maintenance.
  • Experience in code compliance reviews, sustainable design, water distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, open stormwater drainage, pavements design/maintenance, roofing, and structural analysis is preferred.
