Ophthalmology Front Desk Receptionist

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, registering patients, monitoring referrals, collecting co-pays, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling confidential information, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical Insurance Knowledge and Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Nextgen Experience (Preferred)
- Bilingual: Spanish (Preferred)
