Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Physician / Gastroenterologist to join our team at a community hospital with University affiliation located near Denver.

Job Summary

This Locum Tenens GI position offers a unique opportunity for a board-certified or BE within 4 years of residency gastroenterologist to provide high-quality patient care and expertise in endoscopic procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care as a locum tenens GI physician
  • Perform a range of endoscopic procedures, including endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, injection/banding of varices, esophageal dilatation/manometry, small bowel biopsy, lower GI endo, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, and ERCP (preferred)
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and staff

Requirements

  • Board certification in Gastroenterology or BE within 4 years of residency
  • CO license preferred; BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
