Nursing Staffing Specialist

The Staffing Coordinator - Hybrid at Providence is responsible for executing a variety of staffing functions within the Nursing Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring that nursing units are adequately staffed to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain monthly staffing schedules and make daily adjustments to meet the needs of each nursing unit.
2. Serve as a supportive resource for both nursing staff and administrative personnel, facilitating smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing, hospital operations, or staffing/scheduling.
Compensation:
Salary varies by location, with a range of:
- WA Puget Sound: Min: $20.74, Max: $32.36
- Oregon (Portland): Min: $20.74, Max: $32.36
- Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside): Min: $19.37, Max: $30.16
- Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla): Min: $18.46, Max: $28.79
- Montana: Min: $16.70, Max: $26.05
