Project Superintendent for Healthcare Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage the execution of healthcare construction projects in Portland, Oregon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare facility construction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and healthcare industry standards.

About the Role
  • Lead daily onsite construction activities for healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics, and medical offices.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to meet project timelines and budgets.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Construction Superintendent and work on high-profile projects in the Portland area.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a superintendent in healthcare or similar construction projects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Ongoing commitment to OSHA compliance and certification.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in construction management software.

You will be working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
