Job Overview

As a key member of our integrated primary care medical home, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with various specialties to deliver comprehensive services.

About the Role

  • Estimated Salary: $135,000 - $140,000 per year based on experience and full-time employment
  • $5000 Sign On Bonus, paid first pay period following 90 days of employment
  • Flexible scheduling options available
  • Health, vision, and dental benefits offered at 50% of base plan cost after 60 days of employment
  • 401K benefit with employer matching up to 3% of compensation and additional 50% match for contributions between 3% and 5%
  • Eligible for OIH benefits after 90-day probation period
  • State medical license and DEA certification fully reimbursed after 90 days of employment
  • Continuing education benefit up to $700 annually after 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting standard medical examinations and diagnostic tests in office and through telemedicine conferencing
  • Ordering and reviewing patient instructions regarding diet and activities as necessary
  • Referring patients to other health professionals when required
  • Providing accurate and detailed documentation in electronic health records
  • Collaborating with Medical Assistants and Patient Health Navigators to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

  • Previous experience in urgent or family care, emergency medicine preferred
  • Comfortable using electronic platforms such as EHRs
  • Accredited medical school graduate
  • Valid state of Oregon license
  • Full prescription authority
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI)
