About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Northwestern Mutual. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring seamless transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver world-class customer service by responding to client inquiries, providing tailored solutions, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different audiences.
  • Familiarity with software applications, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
