Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide assistance and strategies to individuals with complex needs to help them live well in their community and environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
  • Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
