At Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas, and back of the house to ensure compliance with health/sanitation standards and regulations.

• Assign tasks to housekeeping staff, reviewing special requests and areas of concentration to ensure a smooth flow of the housekeeping operation.

• Issue supplies and goods to staff at the beginning of a shift to control inventory and ensure proper supplies are available while controlling expenses.

• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience is required.

• Supervisory, lead, or extensive experience is necessary.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.
