Your role will be vital in enhancing our omni-channel operations, particularly in the areas of product handling and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the efficient functioning of inventory operations within the Pet Care Center.
  • Assist in the daily tasks of picking, packing, and shipping products to ensure timely delivery.
  • Help with the unloading and organization of merchandise, maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Process transactions at the register to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
  • Engage with customers and provide assistance as needed, utilizing our sales model effectively.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for all.
  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold the professional appearance of the Pet Care Center.
  • Participate in periodic inventory counts to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
  • Execute omni-channel projects according to established guidelines, including proper labeling and disposal of items.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure that all operational setups are completed as planned.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership regarding any outstanding tasks at the end of each shift.
  • Engage in special projects as required.

Qualifications

Work Environment

This position involves supporting operations during key hours, including weekends. Most tasks will be performed indoors, with some activities requiring brief outdoor engagement. The role involves physical activities such as lifting and moving merchandise, necessitating adherence to safety protocols to minimize injury risks.
