Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - CSR - Dispatcher, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our clients receive outstanding service. You will spend your day primarily in an office setting, managing phone calls and computer tasks. Your first duty will involve dispatching service requests to our field technicians, ensuring optimal scheduling to enhance client satisfaction. You will also maintain communication with both clients and technicians, keeping everyone informed and updated.
