Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
    • Warmly welcome guests and provide a friendly atmosphere.
    • Offer insights about attractions, exhibits, and available services.
    • Assist guests with ticket purchases and clarify admission procedures.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Effectively manage merchandise sales and additional transactions.
    • Ensure the retail space is attractively presented and well-stocked.
    • Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced register.
    • Foster a retail environment that encourages shopping and meets key performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of Attractions:
    • Stay informed about the history, exhibits, and upcoming events of the attraction.
    • Continuously update knowledge regarding any changes or new additions.
    • Share relevant information with guests to enhance their experience.
  • Visitor Management:
    • Oversee and manage visitor flow to ensure safety and enjoyment.
    • Assist in crowd control during busy periods or special events.
    • Collaborate with team members to optimize visitor movement.
  • Maintenance and Cleanliness:
    • Maintain cleanliness in work areas, including points of sale and entrance zones.
    • Promptly report maintenance or safety issues.
    • Work alongside the maintenance team to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work cooperatively with other frontline staff and departments.
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding visitor feedback and operational concerns.
    • Engage in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
