Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Jushi Holdings Inc. in Pennsylvania. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a highly effective B2B sales strategy in the PA market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to implement a comprehensive sales strategy, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including cultivators, product manufacturers, and retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build existing relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment and distribution teams to ensure exceptional customer service and timely delivery of products.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to the executive team on sales performance and forward-looking goals.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the cannabis industry, with existing vendor relationships.
  • History of setting and driving strategic sales initiatives in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with distributor management and contract/vendor negotiation.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to balance flexibility and results-driven goals.
  • Ability to work in a highly organized manner, with limited direction.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 60% and work some weekends and evenings.
  • Must pass a background check in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws.
