Job Summary

This role is responsible for filling prescriptions, helping customers, unpacking totes, answering telephone calls, and answering questions within specified limits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review the work schedule, check equipment, and fill supplies as needed to perform duties.
  • Move totes, open totes, unpack incoming supplies, and put items on appropriate shelves.
  • Clean shelving, check inventory levels, and inspect product for expiration dates.
  • Help customers and answer telephone calls.
  • Verify identification of customers for products when required.
  • Complete the prescription filling process, including data entry and product dispensing.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must meet state required minimum age.
  • Must be able to successfully complete background check and drug screening.
  • Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner and comply with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job.
  • Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.
  • Must have and maintain valid specialty licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position.
Physical Requirements

This role requires standing 55%, sitting 0%, and walking 45% of the time. The maximum lift/carry is 50 lbs.

This role is classified as Category IV, which includes lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.

The maximum pull static is 20 lbs.
