BluePearl Pet Hospital is actively searching for a dedicated and experienced Client Relations Team Leader.

Compensation: $29.50 / hour plus competitive shift differentials.

Work Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

The Client Relations Team Leader oversees the daily operations of the Client Services Team under the guidance of the Client Services Manager. Key responsibilities include facilitating communication between Client Services and all hospital departments to ensure smooth and efficient interdepartmental operations in the absence of the Client Services Manager.

As the Client Relations Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, supervising, and ensuring the completion of the onboarding program for new Client Service associates to guarantee the highest level of personalized care tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Assisting the Client Service Team Leader in scheduling client service associates effectively to ensure adequate staffing that meets or exceeds client expectations during every shift.
  • Acting as a vital member of the management team, serving as the connection between clients, patients, and caregivers, and providing feedback to co-managers to identify and address issues that may lead to client dissatisfaction.
  • Communicating clearly with client service associates, both individually and in group settings, to ensure a consistent understanding of new concepts, changes in protocols, policies, and ongoing communication.
  • Coaching client service associates to remain vigilant and proactive in anticipating and addressing client service needs, as well as seeking assistance in escalated situations.
  • Organizing and conducting regularly scheduled team meetings.
  • Exploring innovative ways to enhance client service through ongoing training opportunities, input from Client Service Coordinators during team meetings, and feedback from medical staff and management.
  • Engaging directly with clients to address concerns and inquiries regarding any aspect of the services provided.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
