Key Responsibilities:- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes through effective communication and coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and organizational goals
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current IL RN license
- BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with agreement for nurses with less than 12 months of experience to enroll in BSN completion program
- Nurses with more than 12 months experience in direct patient care must possess a BSN or obtain either BSN or Advocate Aurora Health recognized nursing certification within one year of the date of hire or becoming eligible to sit for certification
- Current AHA CPR certification
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts in order to accommodate staffing
- Certain positions may require taking call
