Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and acknowledge every guest; maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee and authorize guest returns, exchanges, and merchandise credits; ensure the completion of all Point of Sale (PoS) transactions and proper cash management.
  • Assist in training cashiers and cross-training other team members.
  • Prepare daily deposits and manage change and media; some locations may require access to safe combinations and keys.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support loss-prevention initiatives.
  • Supervise the productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of cashiers; communicate performance issues to management.
  • Maintain front-end supplies and assist with guest service, floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance, and merchandise replenishment as needed.
  • Cover cashier shifts as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
