Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S and C-corporations
- Conduct online tax research
- Identify key planning opportunities and develop tax strategies that align with client needs and goals
- Assist in identifying and promoting new delivery capabilities and channels to satisfy evolving market requirements
- Support the partner team in developing practice strategy, objectives, and budgets
- Build on mentorship capabilities by guiding key talent through constructive criticism and growth opportunities
- Lead and supervise staff by actively managing a pipeline of projects and resources
- Maintain great relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide a tailored service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in US tax consulting/compliance within public accounting
- Minimum of 1 year experience in supervising the work of others, including delegation, training, and development of staff and interns
- Experience with a wide variety of entity types
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in accounting or taxation
- CPA or equivalent credential

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position is $92,925-$128,625. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
