  • Ability to make all bar drinks
  • Discipline and train FOH team members
  • Create and adjust server and bartender schedules
  • Update and complete weekly smallware orders and inventories
  • Analyze bar cost and adjust pricing as needed
  • Maintain relationships with liquor reps and commissary
  • Ensure accurate financials, including invoices, payroll, and reporting
Requirements
  • Current required cards
  • Ability to attain keyholder status
  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Ability to stand and walk for 10 hours in a fast-paced environment
  • Menu test proficiency
  • Bar test passing
  • Knife safety test passing
