Position Summary:

The CJC Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the CJC program, ensuring that administrative operations run smoothly and effectively. This role emphasizes adherence to the service scope and outcomes outlined in our contracts. The Operations Manager fosters a positive team culture and is primarily accountable for the timely scheduling and assessment of clients, ensuring they are appropriately referred to educational or outpatient treatment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and evaluate site staff through daily observations and annual performance assessments, assisting Clinical Supervisors in the hiring and termination processes.
  • Orient staff on organizational policies, safety protocols, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Special Programs.
  • Adhere to all BCCS policies and ensure compliance among staff.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance site efficiency and reduce overhead costs.
  • Continuously improve client satisfaction by addressing issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify and resolve problems.
  • Lead staff towards achieving site and program objectives.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to foster communication and collaboration.
  • Solicit feedback from staff and provide insights to the Assistant Director of Special Programs.
  • Participate in BCCS committees and meetings to contribute to organizational goals.
  • Ensure the facility's upkeep, appearance, maintenance, and security.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with clients and work closely with Clinical Supervisors and the Assistant Director of Special Programs.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM

Qualifications:

Required:

  • At least one of the following certifications: CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or CCDP (Certified Co-Occurring Disorders Professional).
  • Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a treatment setting.

Preferred:

  • Licenses such as LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
  • Master's degree in Sociology, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
