A Customer Service Banking Representative operates similarly to a traditional bank teller, utilizing advanced technology such as an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) to assist members. These ITMs are located in various financial centers, providing a modern and engaging way to deliver teller services.
Your role involves guiding members through the ITM process with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported while completing their transactions. You will actively listen to their financial needs and refer them to appropriate team members for further assistance.
As part of your duties, you will manage various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments. While the ITM assists with cash handling, your attention to detail and personal touch are crucial in delivering a positive experience.
Engaging with members is at the heart of this role; your genuine curiosity and care will help build trust and rapport, making each interaction meaningful.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
