Job Description

This Administrative Assistant position plays a vital role in our team's success. As a key support member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating crew and job scheduling
  • Preparing estimates and billing invoices
  • Performing basic accounting functions
  • Complete internal job file quality reviews
  • Data entry and office administrative duties
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
  • Experience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus
  • Experience in service industry environment a plus
  • Possess excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
  • Minimum of HSD/GED
  • Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Salary and Benefits
  • Competitive pay based on experience ($45,000 - $65,000 per year)
  • Opportunity to learn and grow within the company
  • Flexible working hours between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
