Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Host/Hostess/Greeter to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary duties will include:
- Greeting each guest in a friendly and professional manner.
- Facilitating the guest experience by seating them at the appropriate tables.
- Organizing, stocking, and cleaning the front lobby during your shift.
- Bidding farewell to each guest.
- Completing any beginning or closing shift duties.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be able to transport objects up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace. You should also be available to work weekends and holidays. Additionally, you will need to meet our medical, dental, and vision insurance requirements after 60 days of employment. Our comprehensive benefits package includes company-paid life insurance and short-term disability, as well as voluntary options such as critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life, and pet insurance. Part-time team members are offered a minimum essential coverage health plan, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, with optional enrollment in voluntary benefits like pet insurance, legal, and ID protection.
Estimated Salary: $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience and location.
