Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer observability tools and solve observability-related issues
  • Ensure system stability and reduce Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR)
  • Define and implement modern incident management processes to support DevOps
  • Manage incident management escalation policies in VictorOps (Splunk On-Call)
  • Drive technical initiatives to improve automation, self-healing, and remediation
  • Grow and evangelize the capabilities of the Dynatrace platform
  • Implement unique distributed trace-ids across all components of the system

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong concept of CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience with Load testing Tools
  • Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, or Go
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, and Istio
  • Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks
  • Experience working with microservices
  • Incident Management experience
